Wire section guide roll, press section guide roll, spread roll, dryer section guide roll and paper leading roll:
- Dose not allow grith welds in roll.
- Before processing, the roll body must correct shape.
- Wire section, guide roll of press section, spread roll, dry section guide roll, paper leading roll: Before processing, the whole roll must annealing treatment.
Frame
- Before welding, sheet and tube should rectify straight.

Casting parts

- Other casting: after casting, annealing heat treatment to eliminate the stress.
Spindle nose of roll
- Wire section guide roll, press section guide roll, spreading roll, dry section guide roll, paper leading roll: Quenching and tempering treatment before finishing.
- Bearing taper surface of all the bearing and roller must precision fit, the contact surface more than 80%.
